Compassus in Helena just announced the launch of free grief support group sessions, designed to provide comfort and assistance to those who are navigating the difficult journey of loss. These sessions will be held every second and fourth Tuesday of each month, starting at 3:00 PM.
At Compassus, we understand that grief can be a challenging and isolating experience. Our support group aims to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share their feelings, gain insights from others who are going through similar experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies.
Whether someone has recently lost a loved one or is struggling with unresolved grief, our support group is open to all members of the community. There is no charge to attend, and participants are welcome to join at any point. We are committed to providing compassionate care and support during life’s most challenging moments.
